Booking & Project Policies

  • Non-Refundable Design Fee: A flat $125 fee is required for all custom graphic design work. This covers the initial consultation, concept creation, and up to two rounds of revisions. This fee must be paid in full before design work begins.
  • Deposit Requirement: To secure a date on our installation calendar and initiate material orders, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are used to purchase your specific vinyl and materials. As such, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Vehicles must arrive clean and free of wax, ceramic coatings, or heavy road grime. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra prep time is required to meet our OSHA 30 quality standards.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the wrap and prior to vehicle release.

Vehicle Preparation Guide

To ensure the highest quality bond and a “show-room” finish, please follow these steps before your scheduled drop-off at Wraps Plus LLC.

1. The 24-Hour Wash

  • Exterior Clean: Please have the vehicle washed (or thoroughly hand-washed) 24 hours before your appointment. I will prep the vehicle as well before installation.
  • No Wax/Sealants: CRITICAL. Do not use any “Spray Wax,” “Rain-X,” or ceramic sealants. These chemicals prevent the vinyl from adhering and may lead to edge lifting.
  • Focus Areas: Pay special attention to wheel wells, door jams, and behind the bumpers where road grime hides.

2. Condition Inspection

  • Paint Health: Please notify us of any deep scratches, rock chips, or clear coat failure (peeling). Vinyl is designed to enhance a surface, not hide physical damage.
  • Aftermarket Parts: If you have added aftermarket wings, flares, or emblems, please let us know so we can plan the disassembly.

3. Drop-Off Requirements

  • Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings from the interior.
  • Arrival: Arrive with the vehicle dry. If it is raining during drop-off, please let us know so we can allow extra time for moisture to evaporate in our controlled environment.

Note: Vehicles arriving with heavy mud, grease, or wax may be subject to a $75 detailing fee to bring the surface up to OSHA 30 installation standards.
